Windows MS unveils Windows 10

Microsoft has finally revealed its latest version of Windows, called Windows 10.
The tech titan's latest version of Windows is scheduled for release some time in 2015.
Windows 10 features numerous improvements and additions compared to Windows 8, with the Start button and menu returning in a big way, for one.
In addition to a legacy-styled list of programs and folders, the Start menu also features Windows 8 Live Tiles and app shortcuts.
Another big tweak is that Metro apps (apps downloaded from the Windows Store) now run in resizeable windows, much like legacy Windows programs.
Other new enhancements include new Snap layouts, multiple desktops and a task view button.
Microsoft also said that the new version of Windows is meant to be flexible, although it stressed that it wasn't one user-interface across all devices.
"Windows 10 will run across an incredibly broad set of devices – from the Internet of Things, to servers in enterprise datacentres worldwide. Some of these devices have 4-inch screens – some have 80-inch screens – and some don’t have screens at all. Some of these devices you hold in your hand, others are ten feet away. Some of these devices you primarily use touch/pen, others mouse/keyboard, others controller/gesture – and some devices can switch between input types," read an entry on the Windows blog.
The company also said it was creating one app development platform across all these devices and that "there will be one way to write a universal app that targets the entire family".
